1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using WorldWide Giveways, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You sign in through Discord and are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must provide accurate information, use only an account you are authorized to control and notify us if you believe your access has been compromised.

3. Using the service

You may use the service to create, publish, enter and manage legitimate giveaways. You must follow applicable laws, Discord rules and the specific eligibility requirements displayed by each giveaway.

You may not:

• manipulate entries, use bots, create duplicate accounts or interfere with winner selection;
• publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, infringing or harmful content;
• collect participant information for unrelated advertising or resale;
• probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the service;
• impersonate another person, community or organization.

4. Responsibilities of giveaway creators

Creators are solely responsible for their giveaway, including its legality, rules, eligibility criteria, required disclosures, prize availability, taxes, winner communication and prize delivery. Creators must describe prizes and entry requirements accurately and must not change a live campaign in a way that unfairly disadvantages participants.

WorldWide Giveways provides hosting and drawing tools. Unless a campaign explicitly states otherwise, the platform does not sponsor, endorse or supply its prize.

5. Entries and winners

Entries may be rejected when they are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent or inconsistent with campaign rules. Entry values can differ depending on completed actions. Winner selection depends on the eligible entry data available when the campaign ends.

A creator may need to verify eligibility before delivering a prize. Winning does not guarantee delivery by WorldWide Giveways because prize fulfillment remains the creator's responsibility.

6. Content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WorldWide Giveways a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote the relevant giveaway and service.

You confirm that you have the rights required to upload and publish your content.

7. Service availability

The service may change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. We may add, remove or limit features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

8. Suspension and termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, harm users or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service and sign out at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular number of entries, creator performance, prize quality or prize delivery.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorldWide Giveways is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, participant conduct, creator conduct or failure to deliver a prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be submitted through matimh.eu.
